Great sticker quality for the price that you pay. Very customizable and able to upload virtually anything and have it come out the way you want it. However, if you're looking for service on adjusting anything after the initial order that is placed. Use the online service portal instead of sending an email. It says that you can just send an email, but if you don't use the portal and just send the email, it will go unread with your concern. I had first seen if there was a way to speed up the shipping process like upgrading the fedex parcel to be an overnight, and was met with a "we don't do that" when in reality, I think the better course would be to offer an alternative like the different shipping location instead of just cutting it short. I then sent an email to the support line, which was met with nothing. And finally I used the portal (prior to the parcel being shipped, which your confirmation lets you know that you can adjust as long as it's not shipped). Attaching screenshots, but then it shipped and I was left with no response. It then turned into the weekend, and with no support over the weekend, I was kinda left in the dark until a random response came through. I responded within the same 5 minute timeframe, hoping to get the ball rolling on a shipping change, and was ultimately left again in the dark. Fast forward to the start of the week and I was notified that since it was shipped already it can't be changed. Fedex does allow for changes to be done via the sender on their delivery manager, but I digress. I would've appreciated a little more effort after spending a few hundred dollars on stickers, went above and beyond on my effort for trying to communicate and get something changed.
